Obituary For Aaron Shelby Courneyea

November 3, 1994 – October 12, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of son Aaron Shelby Courneyea at the young age of 28 years.

Aaron’s charisma, wit, intelligence, loving nature, generosity, work ethic and so much more left a lasting impression on whomever he met.

His deep love for his family and friends was ever apparent through his quirky jokes, Jack Black impersonations, singing and big hugs.

It’s of great comfort to know that Aaron knew how much he was loved by his family and friends that were left behind. Mom Donnelda (Derrick), Dad Keith (Christina), brothers Andrew (Chelsea), Alex (Jessica), little Alex, Kris, Robbin, Brandon (Shawnee) and Cory, sisters Jayme, Brooke, grandparents Mary Courneyea, Don and Caroline Rosichuk and most importantly, his favourite littles Aubree, Avery, and Riley.

Aaron’s celebration of life will take place November 3, 2023, 4 PM at Bear Creek Funeral Home, 11802 99 Avenue Grande Prairie.

Due to his big heart and love of animals, anyone wishing to donate please consider our local animal shelter, Bandaged Paws, 12220 104 Avenue Grande Prairie AB T8V 8A8 in his memory.
