It is with great sadness that the family of Carrie Allynne Norman announce her passing on January 16, 2023.
Carrie was born October 12, 1966, in Red Deer to loving parents Lois and Al Norman. Carrie was an avid scrapbooker, antique hunter, music lover, hockey Mom, taekwondo Mom, football Mom and caregiver to family and all she met. Her family and friends were everything to her.
She will be forever missed by her loving husband Mitch, her sons Nicholas and Michael, her dog Cooper, parents Lois and Al Norman, brother Darren (Janet) Norman, Jim (Rhonda) Bacon, Sherre Bacon, Donna (Kevin) Holyrod, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Carrie was predeceased by her son Josh in 2015.
A viewing will be held Friday, January 20, from 1-3 pm at Bear Creek Funeral Home.
In remembrance of Carrie, we will celebrate her life on January 28, 2023, at 1pm at Bear Creek Funeral Home.
If you so desire, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
We cherish the time we shared with our beautiful Carrie. She will be remembered always.

My heart is heavy with the passing of my cousin Carrie. Our time together was not as often as we would have liked but I cherish each and every memory. Auntie Lois, Uncle Al and family we send our deepest condolences. May you find strength and comfort from friends and family in the days ahead. This is not a goodbye Carrie - we shall see each again.

Ian so sad to hear of the loss of your beautiful daughter... although I hadn't seen her for quite awhile I have many fond memories watching her grow up in the bowling community first for herself and then with her Josh!! I hope all her family can cherish the special memories and they help you as you journey on ..Hugs n Prayers!!

We are deeply saddened by Carrie's passing. We hope all her friends and loved ones will gather and support each other with love and healing in these difficult days ahead. We wish we could have spent more time with her through the years but due to circumstances this didn't happen. My beautiful friend Carrie. Words cannot express how much I will miss you. Your kindness, your wisdom and just an all around dear friend. 45 years of friendship and even if we didn't talk all the time we always picked up where we left off. I'm so glad I got to see you and hug you tight. Rest easy my beautiful friend. I love you forever.❤️ See you sometime. ❤ ❤
