I had the pleasure of working with Delma for a few years in Yellowknife. She was kind, funny and a great co-worker. She would tell really scary ghost stories in the lunch room.... I LOVE IT! But what I remember the most about her was when my dad was diagnosed with cancer she would sit with me in the morning and pray for him and hold me while I cried. I will truly miss you Delma, and my thoughts are with your family at this time. With Lots of Love- Trina Almond

Sending sincerest condolences to the family. We grew up with Delma and her sisters and brothers in Aklavik, NT. We are all close, especially our sister Eleanor Ross-Saunders who spent her time with the Joes/Inglangasuk family. They considered Eleanor their sister and called her Ellie Joe. Rest peacefully Delma and God Bless the family. Take care and Love you all from Susan Ross and family.

Delma was a beautiful person.. I will miss her stories, laughter, jokes, hugs (she gave great hugs). I feel so sad for my brother, her children and grandchildren whom she loved and fought fiercely for. Love you...Laurie (sis,,)
