Obituary For Jeffrey James Anderson

July 19, 1967 – December 23, 2021

With sadness, we are announcing the passing of Jeffrey James Anderson. He passed away at his home on December 23, 2021, in Grande Prairie, Alberta, at the age of 54.

Jeff was born in Powell River, British Columbia but grew up in Fort St. John, British Columbia with his family Jim and Audrey Anderson and sister Loreen. Shortly after graduation, he made his way to Grande Prairie and made that home. He was a reader, movie-goer, cook, and Dungeons and Dragons player. He was always surrounded by great friends. Jeff would never miss a chance for a gathering with family, to enjoy a game of cards or a home cooked meal. He was a quiet man that often sat back, observed, and took in the world.

Jeff is survived by his father, James Douglas Anderson; sister Loreen (Colin) Amonson; and nephews Connor and Jordan.

Jeff is predeceased by his mother Audrey Anderson.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

Please make memorial donations to your local library in honour of Jeff and his love of reading.
