Obituary For Patricia (Pat) Marie Simons
November 6, 1955 – July 31, 2023
Age 67
Patricia (Pat) Marie Simons passed away peacefully on the evening of July 31, 2023, at the Grande Prairie Hospice in Grande Prairie, Alberta after a short journey with cancer.
Pat was both an Air Force brat, born in Marville, France, and an army wife, being posted throughout Canada with her family.
She retired early and enjoyed her days of catching up with her favorite movies and books, her daily walk, and her beloved white cat Peter. Her family will miss her greatly.
Pat is survived by her two daughters, Jen Simons of Grande Prairie, and Barb Simons of Calgary as well as her five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Her sister Deb Polasek and family, her brothers Doug, Mike, and Dan-Joe Frioult and their families.
She was predeceased by her parents Ernie and Ellen Frioult.
Her family would like to thank the wonderful warm care she received at the Grande Prairie Hospice.
A personal family memorial will be held for the sharing of stories, laughter, and love.

My sincere condolences to Pat's family in the loss of a mom and grandma. Pat worked as an assistant with us and later as an assistant with one of our advisors. Her attention to detail and her sense of humour were attributes we enjoyed and from which our clients benefitted. Rest in peace dear lady.
