I would like to offer my condolences to Joe's family for their loss. We both worked together in Slave Lake, and as we were close to the same age, would often chat over a meal and a game of pool at the end of the week. He was a smart, level headed and hard working fellow whom I very much respected. I recall the time when the two us programmed and custom installed six(6) radios in an eight hour hour workday, plus three hours travel each way, in Red Earth Creek, Alberta. We were both exhausted at the end, but as ever, shared wonderful conversation on the drive home. Joe was a very good, kind and decent man, and it was an honor to have known him. I am very sorry for your loss. Brian Graves
